Supporting hockey in St Catharines since 1965.

The St Catharines Ice Hockey Officials Association (SCIHOA) was founded in 1965 to support all the local hockey associations in the St Catharines area.

The founding members wanted to assist with the training and development of ice hockey officials through improved organization, training and communications. 

The SCIHOA is committed to positively contributing to a safe, fun, and growing hockey program through the education of certified officials. We take pride in developing quality referees in order to provide the players, coaches, and fans, the highest level of service possible.
